Great property for a short trip to Ann Arbor!
The house & owner were great! It was such a close drive to Ann Arbor & some surrounding golf courses. There were a ton of food options close to the house as well. Would definitely recommend choosing this for a weekend stay!

Great place to stay for Michigan game
We loved our stay with another couple for a Michigan game day weekend. A wonderful house and set up with everything you could need. We enjoyed relaxing outside during the day and playing some pool downstairs at night. About 15 minutes from the stadium. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home!
This is one of my favorite places I've booked for myself. I was staying here to visit family with my dad, we both had plenty of space. I l o v e the master suite, the bathroom up there is amazing (my dad said so too). We had everything we needed, some of the reviews mentioned the decorative towels and yes, they exist but there were plenty of towels provided. I really enjoyed my time here, if I'm ever in the area again visiting family, I plan on staying here and will direct family members who need a place to check this one out. Again, thank you so much!

What a lovely home away from home! Everything was decorated nicely, the kitchen was perfect, and the downstairs space was a nice surprise. Frank was an attentive host and made sure we received the proper instructions and answered all our questions.

Nice house, quiet neighborhood.
Nice size house in a quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms are on separate floors, basement with large TV and pool table. 3 bathrooms were nice for our party of 3. Requested in house rules that we use rolls of paper towels instead of hand towels in bathrooms since hand towels on rack were "for display".

Great with one minor problem
We arrived at the property at about 5:00 pm on the day of arrival, I had not received any instructions on how to access the keys and check in time was shown as 4:00. we didn't get the access information until about 5:30 after some messages to the host and a couple of voice mails. That was the only down side to the entire rental, we were a bit stressed because we had to get ready for an event at 7:00 and we weren't sure when we would get the access information. However, the property owner did phone about 30 minutes after we were provided with the access information to make sure that we had everything we needed. The location was great for us, it was very close to everything we needed and the property itself was lovely.

Clean, beautiful home with lovely backyard in a nice quiet neighborhood!
This was a great place to stay, and the house was lovely. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the backyard is a beauttiful little oasis. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry are all new and updated, and the house was clean and well appointed. Would have loved a hairdryer and a few standard toiletries, but otherwise everything was perfect. The owner was great to work with, and we would recommend this property highly! My friend and I stayed at this home for a Michigan football game weekend, and it is a quick easy drive back to campus.

Perfect Getaway
We absolutely loved this property. Everything we needed was supplied! The home is beautiful and clean, it felt very welcoming. It is a great location, we were close to everything we wanted to see. Ford Lake was an added surprise, only a quick 5 minute walk! We will definitely book again.
