Beautiful & Secluded 3BR, 1 bath with full kitchen serving Ann Arbor & Ypsilanti

Unwind at this newly renovated mid-century home. It is surrounded by woods and bamboo, so it feels very private. You can eat in the cathedral dining area, or on the back patio in the warmer seasons. The mattresses and pillows are memory foam, each room has ample charging stations, the Amazon Smart TV is connected to Wi-Fi, and the large kitchen offers anything you’ll need. Perfect for families, friend groups, or teams, the three bedrooms can hold up to 6 guests comfortably. *Host occupies first floor apartment, which is totally separate. No parties of more than 10!

A door with a deadbolt divides the two spaces. We each have separate entrances. I'm available to help you with laundry (which is in my space), or with the fire pit or grill, or if you have any other questions. Otherwise, I'll be out of your way. However, if you prefer to meet and receive a welcome and tour, I'm always happy to do so.

Home was very nice. Extremely clean and had a really large and well appointed kitchen. Out door patio was a great place to hang out and enjoy the evening. Highly recommend staying at Hillside.

Comfortable home at a good price
This is a comfortable home with a private setting but still in town. It’s close to Ann Arbor but allows you to get out of the traffic during sporting events. We’ve stayed here multiple times.

Fantastic property!!
Long time college besties spending time together. The location to the airport and multiple dining choices was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. Spent most of the time in the comfy and lovely living room chatting. Kitchen was amazing!!! Could not have asked for a better experience.

Best home away from home
My family and I couldn’t choose a better place to stay to attend for my daughter’s graduation at University at Michigan. The location was central and convenient to all the places we need to go. Natalie was an amazing host who responded right away to all my questions. Her attention to detail was amazing and you can really tell she gave a lots of thought to make sure her guests are well situated. It was definitely a blessing for us to be able to relax and regroup in this beautiful home after the long graduation ceremony.
