"We had a wonderful stay: The whole apartment was wonderful. The main bedroom had a private bathroom. Very spacious, comfortable living room with couch and dinning area (chairs and table) The kitchen had a microwave, water heater to make tea, coffee maker, coffe was even available. Oven, range, big fridge and even a freezer on top of the fridge, and a washing machine with dryer. The balcony was wonderful with incredible views during the day and at night. The swimming pool was great with cold water which was exactly the right thing for the heat. A gym was also available and a sauna. Safe area little supermarket close The center of Asuncion is easily reachable by Uber in about 15 minutes even with traffic. This place made our stay in Asuncion wonderful."

"This is a modern apartment hotel with a front desk area where you can ask the team if you need help. The apartments are beautifully furnished with your own kitchen and washing machine. It is located very near to a fabulous supermarket called Delimarket and two wonderful shopping malls with restaurants. The area feels upmarket and safe."
