Come pamper yourself at beautiful Lake Chatuge near Hiawassee, Georgia!! This executive level 3BR/3BA condo is a spacious 2200 square feet. There are two master suites with king beds and en suite baths. There is a third bedroom with two full beds and a hall bath. The family room seats up to seven with brand new comfortable furniture. There is a veranda with year round expansive views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Chatuge. Look out at iconic Bell Mtn and two states! The drive to the condo is easy peasy with no twisting, treacherous or gravel roads. Hike, boat, swim, golf, shop, eat and sleep. Enhanced guest video security at entry door. Easy fully paved access! And just recently available is a Topgolf Swing Suite located in the nearby very walkable Marina Station restaurant. This is fun for all ages and skill levels and simulates golf, football, baseball, soccer, hockey and more!

We went to Hiawassee to enjoy the Fall Festivals. This is a beautiful condo with plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and the owners make sure you have everything you need, even provided restaurants and local things to do.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Incredible lake views!
Everything about our stay was perfect. Check in was easy, property manager (owner) was awesome. The property was stocked very well, felt more like a personal home rather than a vacation rental. They pay attention to detail and our stay was very comfortable. Proximity to marina and Freedom Boat Club is great, walking distance. Also can walk to the Marina Station restaurant for food and live music. Will be back again!

Family Time At Its Best!
The condo was wonderful! We tried to figure a way to pack it up and bring it home. We wanted for nothing. The location was perfect for 4 senior-aged women ... no curvy mountain roads. We had peace and tranquility (and shopping!!!). Hope to do this several times a year and will definitely hope that this location is available!! Thank you for a great stay!

We loved everything about this condo!! Everything was great!! The only thing that would put this condo WAY over the top awesome, is if it had a tankless hot water heater!! Great location for attending a wedding at Brasstown Valley Resort!!
