"The staff are amazing. We had help planning our trains and made sure we were at the station early in the morning. They went out of their way to help and it was so very much appreciated. We could easily walk into town. Kinosaki is gorgeous. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an escape from the cities. "

"Unfortunately there was only green tea and no coffee in the rooms, however, the chef sells coffee during breakfast for 100 yen which was nice to have. "

"Our stay at Nishimuraya was absolutely amazing. From the second we stepped in all the way u til check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They take youd luggage to your room and give you an explanation of the room set up and customs. They provide yukatas to wear to the onsens and shoes. The foodbwas out of this world and a grwat opportunity to try a traditional Japanese meal. I cant say enough good things. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. "

"I usually take a bath and relax whenever I walk a lot. And usually I have to wash the bath tub before I use. But in this hotel, it was so clean that I just had to spray it. Also we got a fabulous breakfast. So many dishes to choose from. Staff are very friendly and a great service.We def stay in this hotel again! "

"We stayed for 2 nights. The property is a bit old but the service was very good even tho the front office staff didn’t speak English well but at least he tried Abd we could still communicate with him. The dinners and breakfasts were very good and we were served by a Taiwanese guy working there. We could communicate with him in both English and Mandarin easily. We loved the Kaiseki dinners and the lovely breakfasts. The onsen was good because hardly anyone from the ryokan used it. Most of the guests staying there used the 6 popular public onsens (1 was under renovation) offered to us. Good experience staying in such onsen town with beautiful canal. "
