"It’s probably one of the best hotels on Buyukada, right by the sea. The setting is charming, the stuff very friendly & helpful. The rooms are simple but well equipped, with excellent modern bathrooms. But they run a huge restaurant at the same time, it gets crowded in the evening, restaurant customers seem to get priority over hotel guests in the choice of tables; music is very loud for the restaurant & goes on until midnight. Loveliest hospitality at a peaceful, cozy refuge

"We adored this small inn and would love to go back. It is tucked onto a quiet side street on the hill above the ferry landing on Büyúkada. There is a beautiful garden with tables for enjoying the hotel's sumptuous breakfast, or you might relax on your room's balcony if it has one. Our room was tastefully, thoughtfully decorated with an ample closet for putting things away, good lighting, and a large comfortable bed. The highlight of our stay, though, was the hospitality extended by Gürkan, who is in charge at the hotel. He treated us like family, starting with our arrival when he came to meet us at the ferry dock upon arrival, and carried our bags up the hill. When I thought I had lost my wallet, he went to the police station and the ferry terminal to search for it. He patiently answered all my small daughter's questions about the cats of Büyükada and other things, and began teaching her Turkish. In decades of travelling and staying at many hotels, I've never felt so warmly welcome and looked after. Thank you so much!"

Nice location

"Great and smiling service..great breakfast but huge cummon fly problem..room heater was not working properly and property has to have a shuttle service to/from the bus stop and can charge the service.. property has a great view and location but the side street, enterance and the outside of the building is not nice you might feel some dissapointment but the view calms you down..lots of improvements needed.over all we left happy."

"All good, only the property needs a bit more attention as it is slightly shabby. More relaxing outdoor sitting would make it more comfortable. So many tables, could the first line of tables been used for longing with appropriate furnitures? Lastly, the place is becoming overrun by cats. It's quite a fight at breakfast time when they keep trying to jump on your table and eat in your plate..."
