"We stayed with our adult children. The home was clean, well appointed and the setting was serene. You are close to everything but feel like you’re out in the country. We especially liked the coffee bar and the deck overlooking the fields with horses. We thought having 1 bathroom between the 4 of us was going to be an issue but it wasn’t at all. The host responded immediately to all messages. I would definitely stay here again. "

We got married yesterday in Churchville MD and needed a place to stay for the weekend for our big event and we couldn’t have been any more pleased with this home. "The Loft at Ethereal Farm was perfect in every way. We're actually local to the area and needed somewhere to host family for a night. I'm so happy that we found The Loft so close by. It was extremely clean & cozy with beautiful decor & scenery. The best part about our stay was getting a surprise visit from one of the resident donkeys. I highly recommend staying here! "

"This cozy Spring House Cottage was the perfect romantic getaway for me and my wife. The cottage was quaint, rustic, very comfortable and very easy to find. We were visiting friends nearby and wanted a local hopping off spot to visit the Brandywine River Museum. Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. A delightful find !"

"We were relaxing and visiting Mt. Cuba. Wanted to stay in-town. House was adorable and location was great. Lots of nice touches to make everything comfortable (tea, extra blankets, multiple keys). Would absolutely come back!"

"While the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast really stood out. It was superb. Made fresh and several options to choose. The staff was always friendly and the location was convenient. Only negative would be the water pressure in the shower, but we've experienced worse. We would stay here again. "

"I especially liked the complementary breakfast which offered many choices. I liked that you could get coffee anytime. And fresh lemon infused water was available in the lobby. I also appreciated having a microwave, refrigerator and coffeemaker in my room. Extra pillows on the very comfortable bed were a plus, as was the controllable A/C thermostat. The effective blackout curtains & the quiet were wonderful! All in all, a very favorable experience."
