Our beautiful, spacious 1 bed home is ready to welcome couples and families looking to explore the historic city of York in a charming setting. We offer a fully fitted kitchen, a large master bedroom, and even free parking. Our home is a short walk from the York Minster and a few streets down from the hospital. This Attractive Victorian terraced house is perfect for a quiet getaway, or a longer stay during the summer months with local amenities 5 minutes away. We're thrilled to host you.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Our property boasts a spacious open-plan living room, designed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The living area seamlessly transitions into the dining area, which comfortably seats four, making it ideal for sharing meals and creating memories with your loved ones.
Just off the back of the property, you will find our fully fitted kitchen. It's equipped with everything you'll need during your stay including a kettle, toaster, gas oven & hob, fridge & freezer, and, dishwasher ensuring you can easily prepare your favorite dishes just the way you like them.
UPSTAIRS:
As you venture upstairs, you'll discover a serene bedroom featuring a large, comfortable bed. The room is designed with ample space for storing clothes and belongings, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The adjacent bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower over the bath, and a wash basin, all designed to provide a comfortable and convenient experience.
OUTSIDE:
Step outside to find a delightful outdoor area with seating for two, surrounded by a variety of plants. It's the perfect spot for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or unwinding in the evening with a glass of wine, all while taking in the beauty of our carefully curated garden.

Whether you're a family looking for a comfortable base to explore the area or a couple in search of a romantic getaway, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. WELCOME PACK:
There will be some complimentary tea/coffee waiting for you which we are sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person), as well as miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days.
The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self-check, and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and garden.
Other things to note
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
PARKING
Parking is available for 1 car only. This is by allocation only and guests must send their car registration 48 hours before check-in. Parking is on the street by the property only.
KEYS
The keys are kept within a key safe and the code will be provided 24 hours before check-in. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
LOCAL SHOPS
Co-op and Spar within a 5-minute walk. Larger Sainsbury's 10-minute walk away.
DURING YOUR STAY
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed.
24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies my home has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
