Through the victorian hallway, enter the inviting and open living/dining area which provides plenty of social space for relaxing in front of the TV on an evening or for gathering at the dining table for a delicious home cooked meal after a day exploring York's many attractions. The large bay window floods the room with natural light and the gas fire and deep filled, comfortable sofas provide a real cosy feel to this room.
For a terraced property the kitchen in Nunmill Nest is a good size and offers a gas cooker and hob as well as a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
