Minster Heights is our stunning new studio apartment located in a terrific spot just a 5 minutes' walk from the centre of York.

Located on Gilly gate, one of the popular streets of York, with restaurants, shops and bars within a minutes' walk. It's the perfect spot, if you are wanting a luxury studio apartment to relax in after a long day exploring the beautiful city of York. Just a few minutes stroll from York's biggest attractions.

Minster heights is on the top floor of Portland House, you will instantly notice the quirky layout of the apartment, you will find a King size bed with a separate seating area with a large velux windows where you will see the tops of the Minster,. A further dressing table or dining table to seat up to 2 guests, perfect for eating any type of meal, whether it be a takeaway ordered from one of York's variety of take out restaurants or a home cooked meal.

A large flat screen TV perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city.

The kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could need to make a simple meal, including a cooker, microwave, electric kettle etc.

The shower room consists of modern tiling throughout, a large walk in shower., with toilet and sink.
