Light and Airy 2 Bedroom House approx 50 metres outside the historic bar walls and less than a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The property has free on street permit parking (permit provided). Its a comfortable place to stay with the city centre just around the corner, the train station is also just a 10 minute walk away.

The house has just been completely refurbished (Jan 18) and has a new kitchen, bathroom, beds, furniture, boiler etc etc. The house is just off Nunnery Lane and just 50 metres from Victoria Bar, its an easy walk into the city centre within 10 minutes or less.

Opening the from door gives access to a porch, this has Coat hooks and shoe storage to make your stay comfortable.

The living room is Large and Bright, there is a New LG 49" Smart LED TV, a Breakfast bar, New leather Sofabed, Coffee table, and a dining area with tables and chairs, its a comfortable room to relax in and FREE Wifi is included to make your stay enjoyable.

The Modern Kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine, gas hob and oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, everything you'll need during your stay, including plates, pans, cutlery etc

The Main bedroom has a double bed, also in the room is a comfortable chair with table, wardrobe for clothes storage and a bedside table with reading lamp.

The 2nd Bedroom has 2 Single beds, a wardrobe and bedside cabinet and is bright and clean with plenty of space.

The bathroom has a P Shaped Bath with a good shower and plenty of water pressure to make your stay comfortable. Toiletries including Shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper are included for all guests.

There are also Smoke Alarms and Carbon Monoxide detectors in the property to ensure your safety.

Great place to stay
Walk out the gate and turn left and you are looking at one of the gates to the ancient city of York. Walking distance to shops, buses, city wall, and much more. We would stay here again.

The property is spotlessly clean and close to the city centre (ten minutes walk). The nearby pub is a live music venue but has a 10pm noise curfew. I would happily stay here again

The house was clean, modern and comfortable. It is very conveniently located and is an easy walk from the central station as well as to everything you will want to do in York. The host was very friendly and accommodating. I will certainly book this property again the next time I am in York!

Clean and central location
This was a clean house in a central location within easy walking distance of all the tourist sites in old town York. Appreciated the little extras left in the fridge and the fans in bedrooms as it was kind of hot when we were there. Wished the main bed was a bit bigger as we're tall people, but otherwise it was great.

Innenstadtnah und ruhig gelegen
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles entspricht den Fotos im Inserat. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Innenstadt kann man von der Wohnung aus zu Fuss erkunden. Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Stadtmauer. Die Abwicklung hat sehr gut geklappt. Parkplätze gab es immer genügend vor der Tür. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wonderful flat!
The place was lovely and homey. We enjoyed being so close to the towns center and restaurants and it was just a short walk to everything Anna was great and took good care of us. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location!
We loved our short stay at Anna’s. It’s a great location only 10mins from city centre. Anna has really thought of everything from having some showergels in bathroom and biscuits and milk in fridge to having fans in both bedrooms which we found so thoughtful as it was hot when we stayed. The bathroom tap and shower are both of very high quality and the shower was a good pressure. We all slept very well, the beds were firm but not too hard but what I was really impressed with was we had black out blinds and curtains in both bedrooms making these the darkest rooms we have slept in when staying in a holiday property which when you have children makes such a difference! They really made a huge difference! Was also great to have the parking on your doorstep! Just one wee thing would be nice to have some more tall glasses mabye even some plastic glasses for the kids. Highly recommend! Great location for exploring York! Thank you again Anna we loved our stay!
