The property has been renovated and furnished to a very high standard by the owners, providing a superb holiday home comprising the following: Open plan Lounge, Dining and Kitchen, small utility room on the ground floor, three bedrooms (an en-suite) and a bathroom on the upper floors.
The cosy lounge has a large leather 3 seat sofa and two arm chairs around an electric feature wood burning stove. A large TV is positioned above the stove on the chimney breast which is connected to an Apple TV box that has a Netflix account, for those that wish to chill out in an evening.
The dining area has a large table and six chairs and plenty of room. The fully equipped luxury kitchen with marble worktops includes an Aga electric oven/grill and gas hob. An American style large fridge freezer with filtered water and ice, micro-wave, toaster and dishwasher.
Off the kitchen there is a small utility room that has a washer dryer, utility sink and a useful downstairs toilet. Parking is on street at the front of the property with a permit.
The rear yard is a beautiful place to sit on a warm evening. A perfect spot for a morning coffee alfresco or an evening glass of wine.
The main bedroom has a king size iron bed, with plenty of wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with basin and wc. The rear bedroom has a comfy double bed, single wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Loft / third bedroom has two single beds, (please note that upon request these can be made up to form a king size bed - although guests should be aware that this room does have head height restrictions being within the roof space. There is a travel cot available for use.
The main bathroom consists of a large bath with overhead shower, wc, bidet and basin.
