Two family house located in York, ME just steps away from Long Sands Beach. Short walk to Shorts Sands where many shops to explore including The Goldenrod & York’s Wild Animal Kingdom , 10-15 minute drive to Kittery Outlets. Spectacular views, of the Atlantic Ocean & Nubble Light House. Our charming cottage has Living Room, Kitchen, Large deck, 2 Porches 1st & 2nd Floor, 3 bedrooms 1 & 1/2 baths, 1st bedroom twin bed with trundle, 2nd bedroom two twin beds, 3rd-queen size bed. Full size bed in back spare room. Sleeps 6-7. Kitchen comes with fully furnished (just bring groceries). Gas Grill on deck for BBQ. Washer & Dryer on site. We do provide bed and bath linens or you can bring your own if preferred. Pet Friendly. Private driveway, two parking spaces permitted per tenant.

Great location and cool house
We had a great stay at this home in York. It is well appointed for a beach house, it was clearly professionally cleaned, and it has a cool old charm to it. Perfect location right on the beach. Just be aware that the basement is occupied by a relative of the owner and their dog. We didn’t have a problem during our stay but did have to share parking and be mindful of the other person on the property.

Location on the the best! The house was old and and needed alot of work, worst house in the area, no bath on 2nd floor 😑
