솔직히 너무 실망스럽습니다.

"Our stay turned out be a great and blessed short vacation. At first, things were hectic because Hotel.com had the incorrect contact number for the facility. "Clean rooms and friendly staff. Lobby staff were definitely a lot more polite than the average. I had my wedding band stolen in the sauna one night and immediately notified the staff at the sauna counter roughly about 10 minutes after it was stolen... but none of the staff really assisted in trying ..."
