"Sono calm is recently renovated, so the room consition is quite modern and comfortable. And yet, the room is still dusty, especially the kitchen, above the sink and near the cups. Other than that, everything was great including the family friendly restaurants and underground stores."

"It’s not our family’s first time. We probably stay at least two times a year or more, for the last ten years I have been in Korea. Always a good time even though there’s not much in the resort unless you’re a golfer or skier. We always find ways to keep ourselves busy in and out of our room. The staff and services are impeccable. Our recent stay I left a few of contacts lens and even though I was willing to call it a lost but took a shot of calling and asking them to hold them in lost and found if I ever returned next month. But they offered to ship them to my house the next business day. Amazing! "

"We were surprised at how clean and nice the property was. The Korean style bathroom is updated and well maintained. They provide sensible amenities. Their home cooked style breakfast is a must try. For fun, they even have the famous “Han River instant ramen” machine that cooks your ramen in 3 mins!! Well exceeded our expectations. Will definitely return. "

"Decent hotel in Icheon, good for a stopover with heaps of restaurants just across the road. I like how they had a Samsung clothes refresh thing in the room. Staff were helpful and kind. However, the sink is too small and wall sockets not particularly placed conveniently. Area around the hotel a bit dirty and not much to do there. "
