"The hotel is right in front of the Yonago station with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The room was very clean with a nice bed and a great special pillow. "English translation follows. I recently stayed at the Yukai Resort. One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. Thank you to the staff for their flexibility and assistance in meeting our unique needs during our stay. One final note: this area of Japan does not have a lot of English speakers, so if you are an English-only traveler you may have difficulty at this location."
