"Start with the positives: the breakfast was good and the room nicely sized. Neutral: The toilet/shover was outdated. Negative: I was very disappointed because I had asked about EV charging before through Facebook. They neglected to mention in their response that they charge a 10€ flat fee. The property has schuko sockets available so there’s no way to charge 10€ worth in one night. I would have been ok to pay a reasonable price per kWh."

"Séjour génial dans cette maison pas loin du centre ville et très propre. L’hôte est accueillant, gentil et plus généralement génial, il nous a cuisiné des plats typiques et a été notre guide parfait durant tout notre séjour! Nous avons passé des excellentes soirées en sa compagnie avec un feu de cheminée et du bon vin. L’endroit est dans la forêt où l’on est plongés dans la nature finlandaise. Le premier soir il y avait même des aurores boréales au dessus de la maison, bref je recommande à 100%...

However, there is no management to guide the young staff left alone to run the hotel.....there is also more to be done on clearly stating the local activities and prices....the restaurant menu, especially lunch need to be a more varied if you are staying for more than two days. "Not too user friendly when you have to lugged 2 pieces of 23kg luggage’s and 2 pcs 7kg luggage’s. Room was on the 2 floor. Had to lugged my luggage’s from the entrance up stairs and in snowing weather. The owners were very helpful in fetching us to and from the airport and Santa Claus village."
