"Start with the positives: the breakfast was good and the room nicely sized. Neutral: The toilet/shover was outdated. Negative: I was very disappointed because I had asked about EV charging before through Facebook. They neglected to mention in their response that they charge a 10€ flat fee. The property has schuko sockets available so there’s no way to charge 10€ worth in one night. I would have been ok to pay a reasonable price per kWh."

"This was a complete waste of money and time.1 they had no staff other than the manager and a so called cook The rooms were not clean the smoke alarms did not work and the door locks wouldn’t lock. "Stayed 2 nights. Room was comfortable and it was a very quiet area which we liked. You do have to walk/taxi it to here from the main Santa Claus hotel where you check in. Taxi was easier for us since it was snowing and we had luggages. No complaints. Walking to and from the main shopping area was okay, if you have mobility issues it might not be the best place to stay, but other than that it’s a good place to stay!"
