"The property has potential but maintenance is required. The carpets in our room had a lot of large stains which make it look worn out. For this price it really needs a bit of a facelift. The breakfast area is excellent with wonderful views of the Cascade. The food at breakfast was very good and the selection was nice also. "

Pros: large suite Cons: poor room service, poor communications, unskilled staff, low grade/quality food Details: - The staff didn't clean our suite properly.
