"Stunning property. We loved the relative isolation and the fact the kids could play outside and in the driveway without fear of vehicles coming along. Plenty of space. It’s difficult to picture the rooms prior to arrival so going with multiple families was tricky but still everyone had their own space. Potentially the main house would be ideal for 3 families and the villa suitable for a 4th. The self contained villa was a real bonus . "

"Our family recently had the pleasure of celebrating my father's 80th birthday at an Exclusive Escapes home in Yallingup, WA. The setting was truly perfect for such a special occasion. Nestled among the trees, we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the delightful presence of local wildlife, including magpies, kangaroos, and bright blue wrens. This tranquil environment was appreciated by all, especially my father, who loved the comfort and serenity the location provided.The home itself featured expansive living areas and comfortable bedrooms, making it ideal for accommodating our family gathering. The large open deck was a particular favorite, offering a wonderful space for us to relax and enjoy each other’s company amid the natural beauty of the area.Warm weather is typical for this region, but the house was well-equipped with a large air conditioning unit that easily managed the heat. Bedrooms also had fans available in the cupboards, which were handy for keeping the air fresh overnight. The kitchen was well-supplied, allowing us to prepare meals with ease, and the barbecue offered a fantastic option for outdoor dining.In terms of location, this home provided easy access to nearby amenities. We were just a short drive from the town, beaches, and popular spots like the Wild Hop Brewery. "A beautiful property with 9 private cottages and resident kangaroos. The cottages are spaced strategically so you often feel you are the only ones there. Cottages are well stocked and neatly kept. Bicycles for use, jacuzzi tubs in room, barbecue on patio and a well outfitted kitchen. Everything you need for a restful getaway—yet only minutes to wineries and 20-30 minutes to beautiful beaches. "

"We could not fault our stay in Villa 1 facing the beautiful vines and overhanging the gorgeous lake. We kept repeating how tranquil this place is as the ripples in the lake reflect onto the balcony ceiling while we swayed in the hammock and watched the stars (they even had telescopes!!). The bed is hands down the comfiest bed we have ever stayed in. We will definitely be staying again and hopefully for even longer next time! "

"We had a really nice stay. The property is spacious and comfortable, making it great for the whole family. The garden and surrounding neighborhood is lovely and adds to the peaceful setting. Although we didn’t use the outside amenities because it was a bit cold, I can imagine the hot tub and deck would be wonderful in warmer weather. The complimentary bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The location is also a plus, as it’s close to many nice cafes and wineries. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We’d happily stay here again."

"It’s hard to please 4 families with 9 kids from ages 6 to 13, but this place managed. Beautiful spacious rooms meant no arguing about who went where, a fantastic open kitchen/ living area had room to cook for and feed everyone, and best all, the lake and grounds meant the kids ran, kayaked and played all day while the adults could chill. Just perfection."
