Whether you are looking for a peaceful hideaway or convenient base from which to explore the Ozarks--this is your place!

Where are we located? Bull Shoals Hideout is less than an hour from Branson, Missouri, in the middle of the Arkansas and Missouri Ozark Mountains on Bull Shoals Lake. A peaceful setting in which to relax and enjoy nature or a base from which to come and go as you explore this beautiful and interesting region.

Tell me more about the cabin. The cabin has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower. The large, open kitchen has granite counter tops, a gas range with oven, and all the pots, pans, and utensils needed for your stay. Sit on the screened porch with your morning coffee and watch the birds. In the evening, step out on the open deck for a serene view of the woods and lake while you grill your afternoon catch. Later, build a fire in the fire pit and roast some marshmallows. There is a public boat ramp half mile from the cabin with easy boat access to the lake. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has two twin beds, and cots are available upon request. A washer and dryer are provided. The Peel Ferry and a marina are just up the road.

What is there to do nearby? Within driving distance are scenic hiking and biking trails for all levels, caves, the Buffalo National River, Branson with its renowned shows, Silver Dollar City, and great variety of restaurants, shopping, and fun activities. Nearby lakes and waterways are ideal for swimming, boating, fishing and kayaking. Bass Pro Shop in Springfield Missouri, historic Eureka Springs, the Ozark Folk Center in Mountain View, Arkansas as well as the world renowned Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville are examples of great day trips. There are a variety of beautiful scenic drives for motorcycles as well as passenger vehicles. Area festivals and events are fun to visit throughout the year.

Awesome Property
There are no words for this beautiful cabin. So quiet and peaceful! The hosts were amazing, giving us all information we asked or could have needed. Cabin was super clean and came with everything you could possibly need for a stay!! Including everything you need to make s'mores by the fire! The tranquility of sitting out on the back deck was just unbelievable! Listening to the birds chirping, fish flopping in the water and watching all the deer and their babies literally all over the property almost all day long! It was amazing! We definitely give them 5 stars, more if we could! We will definitely pass along this incredible place to our friends and family. We cannot wait to return some day and continue exploring Bull Shoals Lake!

Amazing
Loved it! Was our kind of place. Private and very peaceful. A place to relax. Access to lake was close so we were able to put our boat in at the boat ramp in very little time. If you like wildlife it’s the place to be. Definitely a place I will return to.

Arkansas Vacation
The house was exceptionally clean. It has everything you need except for clothes and food. Wildlife is everywhere. We saw deer, turkeys, squirrels, birds, and even a Texas brown tarantula (crossing the road, not dangerous). The location is about an hour from Branson, 1 1/2 hr from Eureka Springs and same to Buffalo River. The host were gracious and very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful retreat after several long HOT days on the water!
My fishing partner and I were in town to fish a tournament. The temperatures were in the 100s that week. Fishing was tough without the heat. The hideaway was the perfect place for us to come “home” to for relaxation and regrouping!! It is far more beautiful and peaceful than the photos give credit. We highly recommend!!! The host goes out of her way to welcome you, to answer all questions, to make the booking process smooth! A++ experience!!’
