Where are we located? Bull Shoals Hideout is less than an hour from Branson, Missouri, in the middle of the Arkansas and Missouri Ozark Mountains on Bull Shoals Lake. A peaceful setting in which to relax and enjoy nature or a base from which to come and go as you explore this beautiful and interesting region.
Tell me more about the cabin. The cabin has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower. The large, open kitchen has granite counter tops, a gas range with oven, and all the pots, pans, and utensils needed for your stay. Sit on the screened porch with your morning coffee and watch the birds. In the evening, step out on the open deck for a serene view of the woods and lake while you grill your afternoon catch. Later, build a fire in the fire pit and roast some marshmallows. There is a public boat ramp half mile from the cabin with easy boat access to the lake. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, bedroom #2 has two twin beds, and cots are available upon request. A washer and dryer are provided. The Peel Ferry and a marina are just up the road.
What is there to do nearby? Within driving distance are scenic hiking and biking trails for all levels, caves, the Buffalo National River, Branson with its renowned shows, Silver Dollar City, and great variety of restaurants, shopping, and fun activities. Nearby lakes and waterways are ideal for swimming, boating, fishing and kayaking. Bass Pro Shop in Springfield Missouri, historic Eureka Springs, the Ozark Folk Center in Mountain View, Arkansas as well as the world renowned Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville are examples of great day trips. There are a variety of beautiful scenic drives for motorcycles as well as passenger vehicles. Area festivals and events are fun to visit throughout the year.
