"Even though the hotel seems dated, it does have a certain appealing charm which we enjoyed. You don’t often get to stay in the palace. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. I would definitely come back to this location if I’m ever back in Mysore. "

"Good stay. The only thing was that there was confusion because it was advertised that there "free breakfast" and when we went to breakfast they said that it was not included in our package. The booking confirmation did not clearly state one way or other but the original booking said "free breakfast." "

"Reasonably OK for the price, Parking and approach to the Hotel(the road is very congested, and other vehicles are parked waywardly on the road making it difficult to reach the Hotel). "Location is good within city limits.. Bit far from palace, zoo.. good parking space available.. has 2 lifts makes convenient to access room.. we requested 2 beds .. even with that room was spacey enough for kid to roam around. Bathroom are clean and comfortable. Commode is bit high for short people. Tv has ample channels to browse. Did not try Wi-Fi.. but it was available.. room service is good.. one gets tea,coffee and kettle .. enough space to put your luggage and hang clothes .. cafeteria has...

"Age of the property is showing up.. Rooms wasnt well prepared... only 2 towels, no hand towels, leaky water faucet made the whole bathroom wet.. no floor towels, broken clothes hanger behind toilet door. King bed was bent in the middle due to age.. Ive been a windflower patron for over 15 years, Overall not worth the money anymore unless they do a major overhaul. "

"Great property, amazing reception and restaurant staff. Reducing one star because of poor in room service and housekeeping. I have never experienced such a slow housekeeping service even in any non star hotel. Still giving 4 stars for other amenties and excpetionally good reception and restaurant staff."

"Excellent and caring concern for elderly guests. A peaceful haven in a busy noisy city. Rooms were comfortable with good facilities. We particularly liked our balcony. A wide range of excellent food was available. We enjoyed sitting by the swimming pool as well as using the gym and spa facilities. Had it's own Indian heritage character which. we enjoyed "

"Older hotel, but nice beds and nice breakfast. Pool looked nice as well. Rooms seem to be undergoing renovation. Door/bell staff very friendly. Great location near mall of Mysuru and zoo. "
