"Bad experience.... check out the photo ... for example... do you see curtains ? Nope .... all the light coming in the room at all hours ... that is just one of 20 things ... the cat eating the breakfast on the kitchen counter when the girl preparing the food went outside ... too many people for the bathroom .... etc etc etc ... "The view is perfect, the team are amazing, the beds are also comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and being able to eat on the terrace in the sunshine was a great way to start the day. The buses are frequent and the walk down into town is great in daylight, I wouldn't walk by myself at night but as a couple no problem."

"The breakfast was not very appetising. There is wood worm that munches audibly and deposits droppings on the bed. There’s daylight visible between the windows and the frame. The room is accessed by two flights of very steep stairs. It was quite noisy both from the city and from other guests talking on the roof terrace in the early hours. BUT the view of the harbour is lovely."

"Garivalpo hostess was friendly and helpful, within the bounds of language for the linguistically challenged. The hotel was much less than the cost of a first-class hotel, with penalties. Avoid the ground floor rooms. Access with luggage is difficult, Our room was dimly lit and had a distinct odor of must.
