We had a wonderful time in the dear home with our adult children. Loved the pool table and ping pong and the cosy feel of all the spaces...a beautiful stay ideally situated near the Yea main center but peaceful

Honestly loved it here!
The house was a lovely step into a modern look and the past with it decoration. Kids loves the ample space and the place was truely just so lovely and my kids want to stay there again really soon. Which I think we will.

We had two nights at this property with another family and we all had a wonderful time. Easy walking into Yea, for shopping, cafes and pubs. The house was beautiful, clean and well supplied with sheets, towels etc. Highly recommend.

Such a great place to stay
We had a lovely week cycling the Great Victorian Rail Trail. Having a lock up garage was particularly helpful with the bikes each night. The house was clean, warm and really well equipped. We loved the kitchen and how warm the bedding was. We'll book again.

Everything you could need has been provided
I have never stayed in such a well appointed house. All the appliances were in excellent condition and nothing was missing, we even had sharp knives which is very rare to find in a holiday rental. The house is very comfortable for a group travelling together and a great location for riding the Great Victorian Rail Trail.

Lovely homely property with plenty of room for 6 adults & 1 toddler. Plenty of heating, quality kitchen electrical & crockery. Only issue was the height of the beds 2nd & 3rd bedrooms for older people are a bit high to get into. Othewise we enjoyed our stay. Thankyou!!

Yea fig cottage was so comfy and had everything we needed for a great weekend bike riding in Yea. Absolutely recommend a stay here.

Comfortable retreat
Travelling with another couple, we had a very comfortable stay in Yea thanks to this house. Generous living space, a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and a few tasty treats left for us as well. Melissa has obviously had a lot of fun decorating this house and has created a relaxing place for travelers to stay. Recommended!

What an amazing house!
I stayed at the Fig Tree House with friends (3 couples) and we loved the place. Perfect sized house for our group. The photos in the listing don't do it justice! The decorations and knick knacks around the house are quirky and add so much character to the place - you could spend hours looking at every nook and cranny. Melissa has thought of everything in the house - such beautiful and super warm bed linens, fluffy towels, handmade soaps, eco-friendly cleaning products...there's even two coffee machines with coffee supplied! We were even greeted with a bottle of wine and homemade fig jam from the tree out the back. The ping pong and pool table on the garage brought us lots of fun. Once the kitchen is renovated and second toilet put in, this is going to the best house! The house does get cold so we had to run the heating most of the day, which we felt bad about, but the beds were so cosy we never felt cold in the bedrooms. Thanks again for the amazing stay. We hope to be back to enjoy sitting under the fig tree on warmer days!
