Holiday Home 'Gîte Chez Pat' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Charming house in the Landes region, 50 minutes from Bordeaux airport, near the Arcachon Basin, the Dunes du Pilat, Biscarosse and 1.5 hours from San Sebastian in Spain.
Ychoux is home to a ball-trap range where annual championships are organized.
The house is fully equipped and has 4 bedrooms, including a large mezzanine.
Bed linen and towels provided, fitness equipment, 2 bathrooms, two toilets, a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge, Senséo coffee maker, toaster, electric citrus squeezer and all the crockery and cutlery required for cooking.
The house has a laundry room with 1 washing machine, 1 freezer and 1 baby chair.
Two bicycles are also available.
A large covered terrace at the back of the house is equipped with a small barbecue and garden furniture. The house is set in a large plot with trees, grass and fencing.
Rental is from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of 7 nights.
