"Overall, a really great hotel and the location is beautiful. The staff were really friendly, however the room wasn't ready when we arrived an hour after check-in. That would have been fine with us if we were told, but we were sent to our room and a lot of the basic amenities were not ready (water, coffee, hand towels, bath mat, bath towels, toilet paper). "A journey of a few days, that certainly won’t be the last. Hotel Kubalic is just five minutes by car from Ordu airport. You can reach it by taxi or by shuttle hotel. The large room was comfy, very clean, and enriched by any comfort as you can find them in that category which belongs to the Kubalic. Its position is splendid, perfect for my needs. "Not worth going, we slept in a mould smelling room, we asked others that we’re staying they said there’s was also smelling. the toilet and bathroom was not cleaned at all, shower had no window so the water went everywhere with a puddle in the bathroom as the water wasn’t going through pipes. We had stains on our pillows and towels . No proper lighting the room was dark and no air conditioning was working. Not worth your money."

"A bit of language problems, one of the servers was really bad and not interested. The other was excellent! Reception staff was good. The place is stunning with nice views. The town hilly and quiet. Thet have a Hammam in basement which we used. Breakfast was very good but dinner was worse. "

"Fantastic hotel in a great rural location, with wonderful views. Our room was spotless, spacious and had plenty of windows to capture mountain scenery. We had a very friendly welcome and help at any time we needed it. The breakfast was also excellent, with more views from the dining room. It would have been nice to stay for a week here. The people in the town were very friendly as well and we enjoyed walking around. "
