Limited amenities. No hot water. It took almost 2 hours to check, my room wasn't ready eventhough I was checking in after their check in start time. They refuse to give me 2 keys I had to pay extra if I want a second key Rooms are very old. Overall I don't recomend this Hotel.

Muy descuidada y vieja para el costo que se cobra, no garantizan seguridad de tu vehiculos y no hay un orden en el uso de las amenidades, asi mismo el desorden genera riñas dentro de las areas comunes del hotel y pone en riesgo a la propia familia que va de manera de descanso y diversion

Desactivaron la tarjeta del cuarto a las 2am porque no realizaron el cobro al llegar a hacer el check-in. Nos obligaron a ser escoltados por seguridad a la habitación para poder tomar una tarjeta y realizar el pago, sin el más mínimo tacto.
