"We needed a larger property in Canberra at short notice to accommodate family members coming together from around the country and overseas. The Watson property is in a quiet neighborhood with shops and a nice cafe a short walk away. The property can house a lot of guests and the self contained separate flat is a nice bonus providing a separate space for two people. "This is a great spacious property perfect for the extended family on a one night stay in Canberra for a wedding. In a residential area, 5 drive to the local shops, 10 min to the central areas. The only let down is the lack of maintenance in the garden area to add to the properties amenity."

"Highly recommend this 2x1 house which has everything you could possibly need for any amount of time. We were surprised how big this place was inside. Each bedroom has either a queen or king bed, semi ensuite, massive lounge area and great kitchen, dining area and lovely little patio out the back. The owner was very friendly and quick with replies. "There was a little communication breakdown at first to get into the property but once sorted we were very pleased with the presentation of the property and the suburb was very central to all our needs. I would recommend this property to stay. "
