Good location, easy to find and park at. Room was clean enough and the bed (a short Queen size) was surprisingly comfortable. Cutlery, crockery, glassware etc. all were in the room, along with a kettle and microwave. A/C unit put out a good amount of heat without being too noisy. Shower was nice and hot. Noise from adjacent rooms as expected (plumbing noises etc. but concrete walls were pretty good at blocking most noises). Room was as expected for the price - functional but tired. Bathroom had a louvre window so was freezing cold/drafty and quite dated/worn in places. Bathroom door was wet/swollen at base, so didn't shut properly but was able to be pulled closed enough to stop the heat leaving the room. All in all, good value for a sub-$150 room, but it would be great to see some maintenance/refresh works on the rooms to make them a little more modern/more appealing. Motel is ideal for self-sufficient folk looking for single night accommodation if you just want a good place to sleep and travel onwards. I'd stay here again.
