"We had a little mini 2 night vacation as a family. The cabin was spacious and easily accommodated our family group A nice escape from the city without being far. A couple downsides - no microwave and only one bowl for serving. We had to improvise to set out our meals and snacks. The single cup coffee machine was broken so we needed to go get instant coffee to brew a pot. Beds only had flat sheets on the mattress and then a comforter No top sheet Bathroom drawers had long hairs in them...

"We travelled from Alberta to spend Christmas with our family at Cultus Lake. The home is beautiful, tons of room and well laid out. The entire family had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again."

We had a short time of exploration of the trails running through the property in the morning, but would have enjoyed seeing more; the trails - which include wooden structures such as stairways, gazebos, bridges, shelters, and boardwalks as well as earthen trails - provide views of the Fraser River from a variety of angles. "The Ravenwood Cottage was perfect in every way. Clean, airy, spacious and well equiped. The community itself was perfect for the 3 ten year olds I had with me....no "Im bored" statements. I found our stay there relaxing and very pleasant. Our host was wonderful in terms od communication and clarity. "

"This property has the potential to be great but they need to work on the details. PROS: Location is fantastic. Apartment was clean and nice layout. Bathrooms were spacious. CONS: The listing says it sleeps twelve but it only has enough beds for ten. It is advertised as lake view but we looked out at the neighbouring trailer park. They never sent checkin information. You have to call an information phone number to get access codes, which is an extra hassle you don’t want when traveling....

"I liked the separate entrance and they had fairly good outside security lights, but did not light up when we needed them to all the time. They've got a good start on these suites, but they are not finished yet. Also comma expired food left in the fridge and not the amenities to be expected in a vrbo. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom. Not going to be using that on my BOD. "
