"Booked this place because of the reviews and overall it was a pleasant stay. Beds were super comfy and receptionist that called me was very polite and lovely to deal with. "We loved staying at Zebra motel. We escaped a cyclone and stayed here with our cat and dog. It was so comfortable for all of us and absolutely lovely people running it, who can’t do enough for you. I highly recommend especially if you are traveling with pets. This will always be our first choice when visiting Coffs Harbour."

"As a visiting tourist, I was unaware that this was a motel, I was expecting a hotel with rooms within the framework of a principal building. In addition I was also under the impression that other public rooms would be available to access. In fact there were non. Overall the room provided was clean and the one member of staff I actually met was friendly. Overall I left after two nights disappointed with the booking. "
