"The room was spacious but seemed not completed as some sockets were not installed and wires were visible. The shower room is small. It had an amazing nature view to the forest and the chipping of the birds was a great experience. The neighborhood was safe But the property has no restaurant. The internet in my room was only available at the window side and it was very unstable. The swimming pool was dirty. The hotel doesn’t have any English speaking attendants. Quite difficult communicating with the staff if you don’t know English The room didn’t have some basic things like shower slippers, shampoo, soap and lotion. The serviettes at the kitchen end, the coffee marker or boiler. When I arrived it lacked cutlery and dustbin until I asked for them"

"This is THE BEST PLACE in Cameroon. Star Land Douala and Yaoundé. Booked Yaounde after my experience in Douala. AMAZING. For a hotel not affiliated to a “world brand”, it is just EXCEPTIONAL. Means you can be local and BEAT GLOBAL BRANDS. I can NEVER go somewhere else in Cameroon. My family loved the place even more than me. Wait till you try their PILLOWS and great organic food. My gosh. "Nothing like the picture, I booked for a room with a kitchen, living room and toilet. But I only got a room and a toilet. The description said the place is 16 min drive away from the American embassy. But it’s over 2 hours drive . I almost missed my appointment at the embassy."
