"We stayed for 5 nights. We appreciated that the we were given an upgrade. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The downside was that the room's carpet had several stains and we couldn't control the temperature of the room (set at 24C) which made our stay not as comfortable or satisfied."

Hotel of choice when you are in Xian

"The hotel located in Qu-Jiang District in South of Xian, which is close to few popular tourist destinations. The hotel has great room and facilities including indoor pool and gym. I got upgraded to the executive level and received VIP treatment. The executive floor was led by Berry Yang and her team, they provided impeccable services throughout my stay and truly my holidays even more enjoyable. I highly recommended Gran Melia when visiting Xi'an, it is great city to visit, the place is full of culture, history and great food! I had a great time in Xi'an and Gran Melia Hotel! 👍👍👍"
