"The room looks like it’s been water damaged and the ceiling and walls were bogged with cement. Staff were very nice but the property was very poor. I didn’t like the communal kitchen. I want to make a coffee first thing in the presence myself."

"Hamachidorinoyu Kaisyu is a lovely onsen ryokan. The baths were outstanding, two indoor and two outdoor, one of hinoki wood and and one of stone, slightly different in temperature to accommodate most tastes. 丁寧な接客と素敵なお部屋
"チェックインからチェックアウト、清掃の係の方の対応すべて優しく親切丁寧で心地よかったです。忘れ物の対応も感謝いたします。 お部屋も綺麗で清楚なデザインにリゾート気分でとっても良かったです。 また、宿泊したいと思います。 不満なとこといえば、ベットが2つ揃えてひとつのベッドになってたようで、真ん中の境目が硬くて、その部分に寝転んでしまうと痛かったです。"
