Except for a leaky faucet, I thought the room was excellent and the host gracious and helpful. The extra light outlining the mirror was a nice touch I'm sure for women in particular. A reasonable cost/night.

Most properties like this are not well cleaned in the bathrooms. The corners and the bottom of the walls are usually gross and need additional cleaning and a little paint on the walls. Towels are so small they don't even go around you. Small area for Breakfast and not a lot for a Hot Breakfast.

This property is located almost out of town on the edge. The room was comfortable and inexpensive, but the 2nd floor hall smelled like weed which permiated into the rest of the rooms. The breakfast isn't anything special, but they do have one. The staff was kind and helpful. This is a good economical stay.

It was a fine hotel for the price. The staff seem very nice, I woke up late and they had no problem with me checking out late. I would stay there again if I had any reason to go back to Yankton South Dakota.
