They put us in another hotel (not similar to theirs) and when we complain about it they changed the hotel to one similar to theirs. So I don’t know exactly how this hotel is… Not exactly the best city to stop when travelling in family. "

"The property was quite old and run down but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the resin I gave it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is that the price is not bad, and I believe most hotels in the area are similar. The onsen is good but also other hotels have them as well. Very good for the price

"For the price, this is a good hotel. Shilla stay or others are 3 times more, but facility are damaged or not maintained. ANNK is fairly well taken cared. But there is basically no service but there is a gym, laundry, and a food section you can use freely. Nothing fancy but quite convinient."
