"1 night shouldn’t require a do not disturb sign, and 2 knocks waking us up before ready to do so. 8 am on the first one. There should be a clear list for the cleaning crew to know rooms are definitely unoccupied. I can see 11ish, close to check out coming and knocking, but to wake us up after needing the extra rest was big point off for me. Luckily I still gave you guys a solid star rating, the cleaning crew could certainly have that list and just trying to be proactive. I get it, get the work done quickly and your day gets done faster, but 8am is just too early to come knocking on doors, sorry I had to put this in writing. Place was extremely pleasant otherwise."
