great location
Well-located with good balcony and lock-up garage. The queen bed is too old (we had to use the singles) Total lack of cleaning products was a bit stingy, and this meant the toilet smelt bad when we arrived. Yamba is great and the staff at Elders were cool, thanks.

Bindaree 8
Bindaree 8 is a beautiful unit well equipt. Super comfy bed and lounge. The best unsurpassed ocean views . Extremely clean . Nicely funished. Great stove/ oven and all the kitchen utencils you need. Full sized fridge. Fantastic balcony , beach across the road. Lovely unot all round. Yamba is a beautiful place to visit so so relaxing. Plenty of dolphins and whales to see.
