"I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life. The stentch in the rooms, horrible bathrooms. No amenities pretty awful. The politeness and service of the Japanese people made it better but it was pretty awful. I wish we could get a refund or a voucher. We thought of leaving but it was too late ! "

"We were a family with young children and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel itself is great - the size and amenities available (they have a whole range of baby items and other handy items that you can request for FOC) is unbeatable in Japan. However, the location of the property itself is in a seedy area, amidst rows of very colorful nightclubs. On the first night, we were awoken at 2am by a fight but otherwise we got back by 8.30pm every night and never felt unsafe."

"Hotel exceeded expectations, I believe this hotel is more impressive in person - also very easy to get to if you’re traveling on the Shinkansen train. We traveled throughout Japan for about a month and the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was the most memorable for me without a doubt. "

"The hotel is easily reached from the main Nagoya station. The sounds of the trains from the railway can be heard from the room. For some persons it might be disturbing, but as we love trains a lot, we quite enjoy it. The service and the staffs are excellent. The front desk service is very helpful."
