"I felt like I was in a cabin and had a porch to sit outside and drink coffee in the morning. There is a bus stop close by. I did walk to Anbo, it was about 35 minutes. The gentleman who owned the property was very accommodating and spoke English. I liked the wood beams and chandelier. "

"The Pros: The hotel is big, with wonderful mountain and ocean views. Rooms are big. The staff was mostly very courteous. The Cons: Built in the 1980s, the hotel doesn’t appear to have been renovated since then, giving it a “lost in time” feel. Very outdated facilities for charging electronic devices. Beds not comfortable. Food at the restaurant is expensive and mediocre. The hotel is also A LONG WAY from the ferry terminal (50 minutes) and the airport (35 minutes). Without a car, it would not...

"Had a great stay here. Dinner and breakfast was excellent. The traditional japanese tatami room was nice to experience. Kentaro went out of his way to make us feel at home. We missed a bus that only comes around every 2 hrs and Kentaro appeared out of nowhere in his Van, was like "Hurry get on!" and we chased down that bus. Good times! Thanks Ken!"
