"We arrived about 7pm to be told we had no room even though I had a confirmation of the booking. Was repeatedly hung up on and my calls also ignored. They also ignored hotels.com when they called to also help. Veliko was very busy and we would've been without a room for the night had a local old lady not overheard our problems and offered to help us find a bed for the night - thankfully she spoke English! Do not recommend as this is totally unacceptable service and very worrying for people...

"magical house that feel like museum with lots of historical items. the host was very welcoming and kind that helped us with everything we needed. the place is located in small peaceful village that is 5 minutes drive to Veliko Tornovo. we ordered the home cooked breakfast every day and it was cooked by our needs and demands just like we wanted. to summarize its an grate place, excellent host and amazing overall experience"

"Can you believe that this hotel is only 3 star, amazing place, very delicious typical bulgarian breakfast. Quite and comfortable room with large bed and AC climatisation. Very young and friendly staff, large covered and outside parking place."
