A modern private villa,situated on the peaceful residential area of Parque Del Rey,just 15 minutes walk from the beaches,restaurants and shops of Playa Blanca town centre.The villa has its own electrically heated pool,which is surrounded by a South facing,private sun terrace,and traditional Spanish BBQ.There is an alfresco dining area,with pergola roof,to really enjoy those warm evenings.

The villa is furnished to a high,modern standard throughout,and features high domed ceilings for a cool and spacious feel.
There are comfortable,twin leather sofas,LED smart TV,and WIFI in the lounge.
A fully equipped kitchen,with dishwasher,washing machine,full size fridge/freezer.
Master bedroom has a comfortable double bed,and fitted wardrobes,with a safe.Air-conditioning available on a coin operated basis.Twin room has two single beds and wardrobes.
Bathroom has a large shower,and vanity unit.
Secure off road parking.

Lovely home from home
We've really enjoyed our stay here, it has everything you need, and is close enough to the supermarket and restaurants for a short walk. Really pretty surroundings. Lanzarote is now our favourite place. The garden is private and a sun trap, sheildong from any of the winds.

This was our 3rd stay in this villa and it was wonderful again, it’s got everything you need and just as described. It’s a nice downhill walk to the town and about 4€ home in a taxi after an evening out. Thank you Lucinda for letting us stay again & Fran is wonderful looking after you if you need anything

The villa was exactly as described and depicted in the photos. We have stayed in a lot of villas with pools over the years and this is easily amongst the very best. There was everything we could need and we felt safe and secure in and on the property. Fran was on hand if we needed anything which was reasssuring to know

Great Place to stay
Well maintained villa in a great position. Ideal for a couple. Everything we needed and great to have a contact nearby although we didn't have any issues. Really liked having an alarm as I I find it hard to settle in a strange place. We would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely place to stay
The villa was just as described and just like the photos. We had a great stay here and didn’t want to leave. The pool was great & lovely and warm. We didn’t use the facilities much as we ate out every night as most restaurants were reasonably priced also didn’t use the tv as we enjoyed the outside space to chill. It was so peaceful & we felt at home. We would love to come back soon

Great villa, great location
The villa was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed for a comfortable weeks stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning in the main bedroom meant a good night's sleep. Villa location is nice and quiet and it's a lovely 15 min walk down to the harbour area and the start of the shops, restaurants. Communication was great and we received villa details, directions and other useful information about 2 weeks before our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely villa
The villa is very clean, tidy and well equipped. Good WiFi and great tv including UK channels and hundreds of movies. The pool is great and was also heated. The location is good, very quiet, but only about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the sea front. All communication with the owner was excellent and Fran, the local manager, is very helpful. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return soon.

Lovely Villa
Location was perfect for us, close enough to walk to the seafront with a lot of the restaurants, and yet far enough to be very peaceful. The pool is lovely and well maintained by the “pool guy” (didn’t get his name). The only downside is that it was very very hot during our stay and the lack of aircon in the second bedroom made sleeping difficult. Overall though we would recommend.

Perfect property
This villa was absolutely perfect in every way. The pool was lovely and south-facing, so was in the sun all day. There was a covered area of the patio also which was perfect for meals. The villa itself was compact but exactly right for us (2 adults). It's about a 15 minute walk to Playa Blanca centre, or a taxi cost about 3,5 Euros. I honestly cannot recommend this villa more and plan to return.

Great Holiday
Communication ahead of arrival provided us with everything we needed to arrive at villa and access. The welcome bottle of cava was a lovely touch which we enjoyed when having a BBQ one night. Villa was as described, kids loved the pool, and cushioned sun loungers were great for lazy days by the pool. Short walk into town where we had many excellent meals, as well as days at the beach and visiting market at the marina. Would definitely return.

Great stay at Casa Lucinda 5*
We had a fabulous stay at Casa Lucinda. The property was clean, comfortable and and the pool was an added bonus. The centre of Playa Blanca is a 20 minute walk with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. We often took a taxi back at the end of the evening as it was only around 4 euros. Communication prior to the trip was easy and Lucinda was great at responding quickly. During our 10 nights stay, Fran popped by to ensure all was well and even had a linen change during our stay. Overall, we had a fabulous holiday and we hope to return in the future.

Summer sun at Casa Lucinda - 2023
A lovely villa in a great location. The pool remains in the sun all day but shade is also available beside the pool. Immaculate, with everthing needed for our 2 week stay. We only used the aircon during the night(€1or 2 per night). We found lots of nice places to eat out at the marina & in Playa Blanca (20min walk or €5 taxi). We hired a car which was handy but not necessary. We also enjoyed the local market, shops, beach & a trip to Jameos del Agua (we spent a lot longer than we thought we would) Turned into a full day trip, as we stopped at Arrieta on the way back to the villa for a bite to eat. Aqualava waterpark is also close by..... 1/2 day tickets are available from 3pm (Small but fun). Lots of local information provided by Lucinda & Fran was very kind & avaliable if needed 😀

A wonderful stay at a lovely villa
This villa was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and it didn't take us long to feel at home. Fran is very friendly and helpful. She came to introduce herself and explain how things work etc the day after we arrived. She always let us know when she was coming to clean and she did a brilliant job. Dave the pool man was also very friendly and did an excellent job especially following the Calima. There is a large outside space which gets the sun all day long and the outside dining area is fantastic. The pool is heated and is a good size. The inside was certainly big enough for us (just the two of us) and there was the bonus of UK TV. The WiFi was adequate. It's a 15 minute walk to the supermarket and 20 minutes to the front. A car is not necessary as there is a local bus and also taxis are cheap, about 3.50 works from the port. All in all it was a lovely place to spend our holiday.

Perfect for couples
Just spent 12 lovely nights at Casa Lucinda. Property was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Fran came and changed the bedding and all the towels half way through our stay (had offered a clean as well but we were ok). Lovely sunbeds with nice padded lounger cushions and sun around the pool all day. Outside area private, not overlooked, very quiet and sheltered. Pool nice and warm - must have been for hubby to go in. House alarm easy to use but felt very safe anyway. Lots of crockery and cutlery and especially liked the plastic glasses for use outside, the jug we used to make sangria and even eggcups :) Comfy double bed and 'proper' pillows made for good sleep. We did lose internet and TV connection for 2 days but that wasn't a fault of the villa and Fran did all she could to resolve the issue and even ended up renting a new router. 15 to 20 minute walk down to Playa Blanca promenade but all along pavements/pedestrian area and usually got a taxi back never costing more than 4 euros. If we were coming back to Playa Blanca we wouldn't hesitate booking this place again. Thanks Fran and Lucinda for helping make our stay lovely.

Excellent Villa in great location
Lovely clean villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Location is great, 15 min walk to centre. The villa itself is in a nice quiet area so perfect for chilling out. The outside area is lovely and the pool was a perfect temperature for having a dip to cool down. The terrace gets the sun all day and there is a shaded area for when it gets too hot. We booked last minute and the process was very simple. Directions and keycode made accessing the Villa very easy. We travel to Lanzarote a few times a year and this is now one of our favourite villas to stay in. We will definitely book to stay here again.

La villa ben curata, in particolar modo nella zona esterna. La piscina è ben tenuta e anche la sala pranzo fuori e strutturata in modo da contenere il vento che è una costante piacevole dell'isola. Relaxing week at Villa Lucinda
Second stay at Villa LUCINDA, lovely compact villa that has everything you need. Only the main bedroom has aircon but there is a fan if you need in second bedroom. Lovely pool and pool area. Short walk to the main sea front area with shops and restaurants. Good beaches close by and easy guaranteed parking areas if driving. Good communication from host, easy check in procedure and local management company if you need them.
