"I booked 385 and stayed in 387 when I got there. The owner is lovely and helpful. The property and the room is worn and could use updates, but I wasn't expecting phenomenal for the price I was paying. I never saw any bugs or dirt, unlike other reviews. Security is not great - the lock is flimsy, and the outside door to the property is always left open. "We appreciated being able to rest here after some serious jetlag. The place was clean and had what we needed. It's good value for money, basic, but good. "

"I received an email at 10pm the night before our stay to say this reservation was cancelled. The note said “water leakage has still not been fixed due to heavy rain”. There had never been an alert that there was possibly a problem - the 10pm cancellation was the first we’d heard of it. Needles to say, we had to scramble to find alternate accommodation for the next day. We had to stay in a motel in Richmond. I highly recommend not booking this property that has such poor communication."
