"Once found, the location is pretty good. And that took a fair amount of help from a patron of a nearby taverna. Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. No on-site contact, and only some phone numbers that leaves one on hold. All that said, Larnaka is a great place"

"Lovely location, short walk to the strip 10 mins. Apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice pool, good size and lovely views out to sea. Customer service was great as the electricity card would not work on arrival late at night, very prompt came straight away and resolved the problem. Would stay again happily."

"Do NOT stay at any “comfort rooms”; the inconvenience is not worth it. You do NOT get an “entire apartment” to yourself. Each apartment has multiple rental rooms, shared kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Problems: (1) room I rented was occupied upon arrival; (2) multiple excuses given as to why I could not move into it; (3) WiFi stopped working, not fixed after 6 days; (4) had to move to Arch. "Apartment was fantastic. Clean, tidy, had everything you need. I arrived very late and had received a text and email from the owners with clear and specific instructions on how to get the keys and how everything in the apartment worked. Everything was smooth, everything inside the apartment worked (Big fridge freezer, Aircon, hot water). "The place was very clean and a lovely space. One of the bathrooms has a shower that doesn’t drain well so we didn’t use. The main bedroom and areas in the lounge have a number of tiles that have moved/lifted and the cement has raised in between making it very sharp when you stand on these, by accident. "The property was in a perfect area and had everything I needed. The only real problem was the communication was not the best. I got there on Thursday evening and there were 4 people already in my apartment. I ended up staying in the room they were supposed to stay in and they left on Tuesday. "We have stayed here a few times before. This stay we had a large 2 bedroom full kitchen and lounge room with a sea view balcony. Great position overlooking Finnikoudes beach. The hotel is in a great location close to shops and dining with an airport bus in front. The hotel needs updating."

"Nice resort. Perfect place to stay if you have kids. Family oriented with the activities they provide. Also has a kids pool and playground on the premises Also provides night time entertainment for the whole family. The location is great as it’s near Nissi Beach and the Underwater Museum Resort also is right on the sea with great views The breakfast is amazing too. Lots of choice , all yummy Highly recommend this place if you’re in the Ayia Napa area and have kids. "

"We stayed in the double room with sea view and it was the best choice. Bed super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and had choices for my husband that is vegan. We arrived earlier for the check in and the hotel offered us breakfast while we waited for our room. The drinks at the lobby are amazing. "
