"Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel is in desperate need of upgrading, Nice and clean room. Close to the beach 5min walk and to main bus station."

"Took us forever to find the hotel. The address was taking us to a different location nearby. There’s no signs or names written out anywhere to be able to see anything. Shower head was broken, bathroom was just dirty in general. Air conditioner did not have the right remote. If it wasn’t for my husband powering it on from the system itself, we wouldn’t have any ac all night."

"Lovely location, short walk to the strip 10 mins. Apartment was great with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice pool, good size and lovely views out to sea. Customer service was great as the electricity card would not work on arrival late at night, very prompt came straight away and resolved the problem. Would stay again happily."

"Once found, the location is pretty good. And that took a fair amount of help from a patron of a nearby taverna. Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. No on-site contact, and only some phone numbers that leaves one on hold. All that said, Larnaka is a great place"

"After paying extra for jacuzzi and fireplace, both amenities were unavailable, no fire wood was delivered although asked, and only freezing cold water would run from the jacuzzi."

"You need to share bathroom and kitchen etc with others who are staying so you dont get the whole apartment. We had very noisy neighbour. No respect to others who are staying there so would not recommend. "

"These staff guys don’t know what they doing. They misguided the guests and they don’t even have proper communication between the staff. They make me to run through 4 public buildings to find my apartment and finally when found it was totally different than what was texted me. Unbelievably the shared bathroom toilet door can’t be closed from inside and no-one there to get addressed any problem. For noisy and non-working air-con I don’t complain because property was cheap"

"I stayed in superior apt 2 bed rooms balcony seaview. Each bed room also had a private balcony.It was very clean.Spotless.Very Homely. Attention was paid to details. The lady I met was very helpful and friendly. The view is expectional and panoramic. Location very central clubs are especially the after party club is walking distance. "Apartment was fantastic. Clean, tidy, had everything you need. I arrived very late and had received a text and email from the owners with clear and specific instructions on how to get the keys and how everything in the apartment worked. Everything was smooth, everything inside the apartment worked (Big fridge freezer, Aircon, hot water). One thing I'd recommend to the owners, replace the bath towels with new ones, the ones in my apartment are a little tired. Not dirty or anything, just seen...

"Went in quiet winter season for a week (end of feb/ start of march) almost everything shut nearby but hotel was fine, staff friendly and helpful. Didn't realise I'd have to pay extra for sauna (10 euros/ hour) but food etc was fine and place was clean."

"This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment! Marina Hristiana Mo George all from the bar and restaurant were just so kind and very helpful. Don’t change you have it all spot on!"
