"A nice hotel with really pretty gardens. The room was spacious and clean. Although the hallway carpets were old and stained the rooms were really kept nice and clean. Although it’s nice the price was a bit high compared with other places we’ve stayed. We gave it 4 stars because the breakfast was the worst we have had in our 2 month trip. For the higher price I would expect a bit better. "

"I needed to change the check in date, I wrote to the hotel and they didn't answer, I contacted expedia and told them about the issue, they called the hotel, they said they would contact me but they never did. Basically they kept the money, as I had already paid online. The worst customer service ever. Take that into account, do not pay them in advance."

"The property was in very good shape, the cafe had great coffee and other drinks with a nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and presentable with a touch of class. Unfortunately our bed had some pretty gross stains on the sheets and there wasn't actually a blanket on the beds like we are used to, just thin sheets, it might not be an issue for some.
