Me and my friend stayed. I did not know Spanish but my friend did. Front desk guy was great and helpful. Rooms where clean and tidy. Always had hot water and the VIEW IS STUNNING!!!!! Both from the room and the rooftop. The hotel has no elevator so having a super large overly packed suitcase was a challenge but the front desk guy did offer if I wanted to stay on the bottom floor or the 3rd floor. I opted for the 3rd top floor anyway and it was worth it because waking up and seeing that stunning view from your bed was beyond amazing. Let me tell you that the secret to seeing the heart of everything is waking up at 6am, going to the rooftop and seeing all the birds flying around after waking up, hearing the roosters and dogs. I am not sure what kind of birds are in Xilitla but they sound amazing. They don't serve breakfast but that is ok because I would rather support the small businesses as well which are just down the road. Super nice to visit here from Canada! I felt safe even when I went out after 12 midnight. I would stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here if you want an incredible view and you have no exceptions or are not high maintenance. This is no Hilton hotel but beyond better than Hilton for the vibes, character and view. I give this hotel a 10 of 10! Property is amazing. The only thing I would say is driving up to the parking area to the hotel, because it is in a back alley, is extremely challenging and road not well maintained.

En general la estancia fue buena y tranquila, el personal es muy amable. El unico inconveniente es que no es facil moverse de la propiedad al centro del pueblo, no solo por lo lejos sino por el declive que hace necesarion moverse en taxi para ir al centro y regresar, o tener un par de piernas bien entrenadas para la subida sobre todo

la ubicación no es nada favorable, se encuentra sobre una calle de subida algo empinada, algo lejos del centro que ni de chiste es para irse a pie. La famosa vista si es agradable, pero también una magnifica vista a los tinacos de los vecinos. Si el hotel está muy limpio, bonito, pero las habitaciones muy reducidas.

En general el hotel esta limpio y comodo, en cuanto al exterior de hotel es muy bonito m, cuanta con picina y area para pasar un rato agradable, en si lo unico que no me agrado fue el camino para llegar aun asi si lo recomiendo.

El hotel está bien porque es un pueblo que no tiene mucho, pero la entrada es muy incómoda. Tienen un restaurante abajo que te atienden muy bien y pudimos pedir lo que íbamos a desayunar desde la noche anterior para que estuviera listo a las 8, ya que visitábamos los jardines a las 9. El personal del restaurante es muy bueno. Solo me tocó una cajera que no era muy amable y habla con tono condescendiente. Si pagas el hotel lleva impreso tu pago porque no hay señal y no te quiere dar la contraseña del wifi

Muy cómodo, el personal muy amable y excelente vista de la terraza, fuimos en familia a disfrutar del evento de Xantolo 2024, sin embargo el restaurante deja mucho que desear, la comida estaba fría y aunque solicite que se calentara más, me lo regresaron inmediatamente (solo tibio).

Excelente lugar
El hotel tiene una buena vibra, instalaciones limpias y cuidadas , tiene una hermosa vista de las montañas y el personal nuy amable y atentos, lo unico es que para llegar al hotel si hay que subir mucho y el ultimo tramo es el mas complicado, pero asi son las condiciones en general de la zona

Pueblo muy complicado
Llegamos tarde al hotel porque están componiendo las carreteras, luego el hotel tiene su estacionamiento del otro lado lo cual no tiene señalamiento, supuestamente mi reservación ya estaba pagada y me comentaron que ellos no tienen convenio con hoteles.com que el cobro se hace llegando. Lo cual hasta mañana sabré si queda en firme o no el cobro. El jabón y shampoo son de motel barato. En fin mañana sabré si vale la pena o no. La televisión NO ES S-Mart TV como está publicado y las sábanas nada confort La señal muy poca y el wifi del hotel está terrible Las toallas muy delgadas parece que estoy en un motel
