" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. The staff was nice but spoke no English. Now for the Bad: On hotels.com, the map shows...

"Everything was great. The manager speaks English and is super helpful. Has a great knowledge of the National Park. Will also arrange to pick up guests from the village if you call in advance."

"The hotel has amazing views and the room was elegant. The food was also delicious and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We will stay there again when we go back to Zhangjiajie. Two thumbs up!!!"
