"The room my friend and I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Jerry was also very accomodating and helped my friend and I arrange various excursions around Zhangjiajie. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone who wishes for friendly service and a stress free trip. "

"The hotel had a fantastic view and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind. It is a little bit of a walk from the entrance of the park (about 2km), but if you ask the staff, they will drive you there for free."

" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. "Everything was great. The manager speaks English and is super helpful. Has a great knowledge of the National Park. Will also arrange to pick up guests from the village if you call in advance."

"This family owned hotel is very clean and conveniently located near Tianmen Cablecar. The hostess made a nice noodle soup with egg for breakfast; he made me feel like home. The only downside is that the hotel is located in an alley. I got to Zhangjiajie at 10p without a phone or anything for that matter. So just know that you will walk through an alley and make a left to another alley. There is another hotel next to this one and an empty coffee shop in front. But beautiful hotel, and very nice...
