Receptionen kendte ikke til reservationen gennem hotels.com og ville charge os det dobbelte beløb. Alt information på hotellet stod ikke på engelsk. Værelserne var gode og pæne med en fin rengøringsstandard. Kan ikke anbefale dette hotel til ikke kinesiske-talende personer."

"This was our second stay here. This is a great hotel in a great area. Labor Park is across the street, it's very nice. There's plenty of shopping in the area. They keep everything very clean. The staff is excellent and friendly. A shout out to the assistant manager, Alex. He was very helpful in resolving a billing issue from the travel site. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of foods and the coffee was excellent. We'll be back the next time we travel to Dalian."
