Edifico en la zona centro de la playa de Xeraco, en Avenida de la Mota 13, en las inmediaciones de todo tipo de servicios y a tan solo ochenta metros de la arena. Tiene ascensor y piscina comunitaria.
Apartamento en primera planta, con terraza de orientación NORTE. Dos dormitorios dobles, baño con plata de ducha. Cocina independiente con galería lavadero. Salón comedor con salida a la terraza. Incluye plaza de garaje.
El apartamento está equipado con TV, lavadora y microondas. Cambio de ropa quincenal. Se admiten mascotas peso máximo 10 kg. (suplemento 5 €/noche).
Capacidad 4 personas. NO SE ADMITEN GRUPOS DE GENTE JOVEN EN EDADES INFERIORES A TREINTA AÑOS.

La playa de Xeraco ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta, al igual que gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios. La pendiente de entrada al agua es suave, ideal para los más pequeños y seniors. Es una playa muy familiar, con poco tráfico, rodeada de una naturaleza y paisajes fantásticos. En temporada baja recomendamos tener acceso a vehículo para así poder desplazarse por la comarca, donde hay muchas visitas culturales y gastronómicas que vale bien la pena. Hay muchas rutas para senderistas, tanto en montaña como por la marjal. En esta última, muy popular entre ornitólogos. La playa de l’Ahuir, tramo de playa virgen sin edificaciones, por su peso medioambiental y ecológico, donde anidan aves y encontramos plantas autóctonas, es sin duda otra experiencia para el visitante. No olvidemos la pesca, practicable en playas, brazos de mar y ríos.
