"Collin the manager was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The property is clean and well maintained. We stayed in a luxury tent. The tent has a microwave and fridge but has no cooktop. Though there is a portable BBQ. My teenage boys love the water slides and pool onsite. I love the proximity to a quiet beach. My boys wanted to stay longer but we had work commitments. If you are coming from Ballina town centre, take the car ferry at Burns Point ferry to Ballina Beach Nature Resort - save you about 30 min drive. It is advisable to stock up some food at Ballina town centre before hopping onto the car ferry. "
